Mind Body

Mind Body exercise, such as yoga and pilates focus on the mind while reshaping the body from the "inside out". Improvements will be seen throughout one’s physical conditioning including flexibility, core strength, as well as, musculoskeletal tone. These classes will also help participants increase body awareness and sensitivity. The goal is to become familiar with yourself and know what to do on your own to maintain health.
