Colorado State University is proud to be a leader in innovative team building and challenge course activities. We can customize the experience to meet your group's goals or simply provide a stimulating and fun experience for participants.

 

The Challenge Course program is designed to encourage collaboration, teamwork, mutual support, and personal goal setting. Our trained staff of facilitators specialize in helping groups develop specific goals.

 

We specialize in six different program areas:
 

• Leadership: Emotionally intelligent leadership, personal risk and development.
•  Adventure & Challenge: Team play, challenging high elements, fast-paced.
• Community Building: Beginning groups - creating shared vision and experience.
• Team Development: Existing groups - deepening trust and team initiatives.
• Climbing Skills: Group skill mastery - belaying, rappelling, climbing, expedition behavior.
• Training: We provide facilitator training that can be tailored to your needs - group facilitation, ice breakers, adventure programming, and sustainability concepts.
  
   

Groups of 8-120 participants are invited to participate on our course. We also provide teambuilding experiences at your site for groups of 6-200. Our program is open to outside groups and we pride ourselves in being a resource to the entire Northern Colorado community.

We also offer several preprogrammed courses. Contact us for more information about these unique programs. In addition we work with the Environmental Learning Center, EDUCO Colorado, Rolling Spokes Bike Tours, Poudre River Kayaks and Wanderlust Rafting to create unique and transforming adventures. Please contact us to work on creating a program that spans adventure and/or environmental and sustainability education.
