FITNESS ASSESSMENTS: The fitness assessment, regardless of current fitness level or exercise experience, is a very important tool to benchmark one's current fitness levels in order to develop accurate exercise recommendations and establish reasonable fitness goals, chart progress, and determine current health related status. After gathering this information, results will be interpreted and provided in a professional report for you to keep. Fitness Assessments include cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscual endurance, body composition, flexibility and more...$25 **Fitness Assessment are FREE August 24-September 30, 2009. Stop by the Service Center to register. Fitness Assessment required for all new Personal Training clients. 3 Sessions + Fitness Assessment Recommended for new clients. New clients must complete the Personal Training Registration packet and make payment prior to scheduling their first appointment. Registration packets can be picked up at the Rec Center Service Desk or printed from Registration Packet link below. Payment and completed registration packets can be dropped off at the Rec Center Service Desk; at this time your first appointment will also be scheduled. SMALL GROUP TRAINING: Small group personal training gives participants the opportunity to increase their knowledge and skill of a particular exercise. While improving a skill set, workout with a group of friends, teammates, colleagues, or roommates. Each session is set up based on the skill level of the participants, so all fitness levels are welcome. This type of training offers specialized attention from the trainer while incorporating a greater social setting and reduced overall cost. . Only one member from the group is needed for registration. Registration requires completion of a brief registration packet and complete payment. Appointments will be scheduled two business days after payment is made through a personal matching with the Fitness Coordinator.
