INDOOR CYCLING CLASSES ARE FREE DURING THE FALL 2009 SEMESTER. Reservations strongly recommended and can be made 24-hours in advance by calling the ID Ceck Desk at 491-3085. Studio Cycle 45: Indoor cycling at its best! This 45-minute class will stimulate riding over various types of terrain. Enjoy hills, flats, intervals and more! A great class for the beginner as well as the advanced cyclist. Studio Cycle 60: This is the 60-minute version of Studio Cycle 45. Expect the same from this class, just 15 minutes longer! Beginner and advanced cyclists welcome. Yoga Cycle: This exotic recipe fuses yoga's spiritual stretch with calorie burning indoor cycling. We've combined 60-minutes of action-packed cycling to strengthen your heart, plus 30-minutes of yoga to stretch and strengthen your muscles.
