Tai Chi Ch'uan is considered one of the three major internal systems of Kung Fu from China. The purpose of Internal Arts is to develop the whole person. The main training of Tai Chi Ch'uan traditionally consists of a series of slow, shythmic movements which are done with proper body alignment and mental attention. While this exercise provides for eventual martial movem,ent, it is also at the core of what many Western doctors now consider to be an amanzing method for healing, rejuvenation, relazation and stress reduction. Studens of all levels are welcome in the class. Students will also have the chance to experience the other two major internal arts from China - Pauka Chang and Hsing-I.
